Upgrade Bulletins drop when each upgrade window opens (Friday 09:00 SAST). Each team's two lowest stats (from ENGINE, AERO, CHASSIS, DRAG) become that week's targets. 50 likes on the bulletin tweet → lowest stat +1. 30 retweets → second-lowest +1. Each upgrade window runs Friday 09:00 SAST → the next Friday 09:00 SAST. Upgrades are permanent for the season — they stack on top of the weekly on-chain BASE. PIT resets to 5 weekly and is not upgradeable. Week 2 window: 26 June – 3 July; Race Week 2 begins 3 July.
